He is survived by: his wife Maria Alma Bustos; his children, Eli Bustos (Belinda), Cynthia Villalon (Victor) and Alysha Bustos; and his brother Pedro Urrutia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kornerstone Funeral Directors (3605 SW 3rd, Plainview, TX 79072). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elim Worship Center (1310 Galveston, Plainview, TX 79072).
