He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Pena and Juanita Pena; his wives, Mary Villa, Martha Sabedra and Belinda Pena; his daughter Nancy Westerfield; and his brothers, Jose Pena and Robert Pena.
He is survived by: his children, Priscilla Gomez (Jorge), Raymond Pena Jr. (Maria), Ramon Camarillo (Sylvia), Josie Walker (Paul) and Jaime Camarillo (Berenice); and his siblings, Roy Pena (Christina), Peter Pena (Rose), David Pena (Blanca), Josie Uranga, Maria Torres and Linda Edwards (James). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Primera Iglesia Bautista (1205 Avenida Godsey, Plainview, TX 79072). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu flowers donations may be made to the Primera Iglesia Bautista Youth fund.
