He is survived by: his wife Donna Lynn Phillips of Plainview; his son Mark Phillips of Plainview; his brother Lamar Phillips of Florida; his grandson Trey Waller of Arkansas; and his great grandchild Carter Waller of Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
