He was predeceased by: his parents, John Calvin Carter and Wanda Gayle Carter. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Ann Carter; his children, Shannon Keller (Christopher) of Carrolton, Susan Kathleen Baum (Seth) of McKinney, Texas and David Michael Carter of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; and his brother John David Carter (Karen) of Bloomfield, Michigan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
