He is survived by: his wife Annette; his son Roy Jr.; his siblings, Frank of Amarillo, Javier of Lockhart, Joel of Lubbock and Melissa of Bremerton, WA.; and his extended family, Melinda of Cour'd Lane, ID, Brenda of Lubbock and Amy of Justin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
