He is survived by: his wife Blanca Peña; his children, Jeremy Salinas (Crystal) of Lubbock, Frankie Peña (Amanda) of Minnesota, Eloy Peña, Jr. (Sonia) of Plainview, Priscilla Salinas of Lubbock, Mikaela Salinas of Lubbock and Amanda Peña of Plainview; and his siblings, Roberto Salinas, Rodolfo Salinas, Rafael Salinas, Cristoval Salinas and Diane S. Castillo. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
