He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ratcliff and Louise Ratcliff; his wife Linda Joyce Ratcliff; his stepdaughter Tina Folley; and his siblings, Marion Ratcliff, Bob Ratcliff, Peggy Robertson, Paulette Talley and Patsy Terrell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Codi Johnson (James) of Oklahoma City and Tricia Shore of Wichita, KS; and his stepsons, Cory Chaney of Lubbock and Shannon Chaney (Grace) of Lubbock. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
