Troy H. Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy H. Carter of Plainview, Texas, who passed away on May 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Carter and Willa Mae Wright; his brother Ricky; and his children, Randy, Terry and Brandi.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carter (Munroe); his daughters, Tangy Garrison (Larry) and Tina Hamilton; and his daughters-in-law, Brenda Carter-Neuhold (Mike) and Glenda Kline. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to the Church or to Lubbock Children's Home.
