She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Garcia and Amelia Garcia; and her siblings, Celestina Garcia, Albert and Felix, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Salvador P. Azua; and her children, Miguel (Flor Azua), Salvador G. (Yolanda Azua), Felipe (Kathlyn Azua), Ysenia (Cornelio Gentry), Angel (Monica Azua) and Elena (Paul Gonzales). She is also survived by twenty five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
