She is survived by: her children, Jeff Jacobs (Dallas), David Jacobs (Houston), Larry Jacobs (Tampa) and Maggie Moore (Plano); and her grandchildren, Mary, Richie Ledo (New York), Andrew and Megan Jacobs (Houston).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the West Plano Presbyterian Church (2709 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75075).
