He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Howell and Josie Howell; his grandparents, Hobert and Tildy Howell; and his daughter Monica Whaley (Howell).
He is survived by: his son Michael Howell (Stacie); his grandchildren, Colton Whaley (Courtney), Madison Wachepa (Dennis), Jacob Berg, Ian Howell and Peyton Howell; his son-in-law Greg Whaley; and his great grandchild Ekari Wachepa.
