He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Low and Grace Crass Low; and his wife Joann Touchstone Low. He is survived by: his children, Debra Plummer (Lester), Terri Rothrock and Jody Low (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Shelly Waskom, Laura Perry, Daniel Low and Leslie Steveson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
