We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024, at the age of 79, Billy Mikel Harrell of Plano, Texas, born in Cleburne, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Harrell and Fairy Harrell (Tidwell); and his brother Johnny Ray Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Long; his daughter Robbie; his son-in-law Raul Garcia of Plano, Texas; his brothers, Duane (Pam Harrell) and Earl Meadows of Grandview, Texas; his grandsons, Christopher Neal of Sulpher and Tommy Neal of Plano, Texas; and his pets, Gracie and Abby.
