She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence S. Gates (Sawyer) and Curtis Walcot Gates Jr.; her husband John W. De Witt; and her sister Linda Gates. She is survived by: her children, Randy De Witt (Gail), Larry De Witt and Jennifer De Witt; her grandchildren, Tiffany Mueller (David), Kurt De Witt, Dakota De Witt, Curtis De Witt, Aubry Brooks and Lilith Brooks; her great grandchild Andrea Mueller; and her siblings, George Gates and Christine Gates. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
