She is survived by: her daughters, Nevelyn Batiste-Ward (Eligha) of Red Oak, TX and Tanisha In'Naam Batiste of Plano, TX; her granddaughter Brittany Dickerson of McKinney, TX; her daughters, Erin Batiste of The Colony, TX and Eligha Ward IV of Red Oak, TX; her sisters-in-law, Carol Sydney of Franklin, LA, Lynda Sidney of New Orleans, LA and Barbara Sidney of Monroe, LA; and her great grandchildren, Marley Rae and Mason Idris. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
