He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mallory Brusilow (Becky); his children, Jessica (Eric Rollins) and Kyle (Christie Keenan); his grandchildren, Serenity House Briggs, Emily House, Makayla Ragsdale, Allie Ragsdale, Sapphire Ragsdale, Madeleine Rollins, Jameson Rollins, Ethan Brusilow and Cora Brusilow; his child Poppy; his sisters, Jennie Brusilow Smith (Jack Smith) and Melinda Brusilow McIntyre (Mike McIntyre); his niece Amy Smith Carr (Adam Carr); and his nephews, Stephen Smith (Sara Gonzales Smith) and Jon David Cobb.
The law firm in which he practiced for more than 30 years with his friend and colleague, Michael Ginsberg merged with Coats Rose, PC, in 2016 where thereafter he served as a Director, and made significant contributions to the firm's success and earned the respect of both his peers and clients.
