He was predeceased by: his parents, Manna Lou Rorex and Colonel David Earl Rosengrants, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Rosengrants; his daughter Heather Grubbs (Paul); his granddaughter Morgan Grubbs; his stepsons, Robert Bieschke (Diana) and Thomas Bieschke (Stephanie); his grandsons, Taylor Bieschke (Brooke), Ethan, Jake, Will and Sam Bieschke; his great grandchild Maddox Bieschke; his sisters, Saundra Ford and Beverly Pherigo (William); and his nieces and nephews, Zabette Wills (Charlie Whittington), Kylie Pherigo (Hannah Ellis) and Josh Pherigo (Shaina).

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Allen Family Funeral (2112 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023). A rosary was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2700 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023).
