She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Claude and Ozel Thompson; her husband Raymond Horton; and her siblings, Arthur Carl Thompson and Lucille Thompson.

She is survived by: her son Ed Horton (Lyn Innes) of McKinney, Texas; her grandchildren, Nicholas Horton of Rowlett and Jessy Horton of Garland, Texas; her nieces, Claudine Marie Blakey of Brandon and Olga Louise Thompson of San Antonio, Texas; and her nephew Arthur Carl Thompson, Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
