He is survived by: his parents, Todd Bellar and Therese Haggerty Bellar; his brother Paul Bellar; his sister-in-law Alexandria Cook; his sister Claire Foley; his brother-in-law Connor Foley; his sister Laura Mason; and his brother-in-law Camden Mason. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts and uncles, his childhood neighbor.
