He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne H. Elwell and Gloria M. Elwell (Beers); and his siblings, Gary and Lucille Mann. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Foley; his children, Kevin (B. J.), Keith and Heather Wiseman (Shelly); his stepson David Gironda of New Jersey; his siblings, Wayne (Isabel) and Gloria; his grandchildren, David (Mistie), Travis Elwell (Sara), Ciara Radabaugh (Curtis) of Ohio and Faith Wiseman (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Brantley Elwell and Naomi Cisneros. He is also survived by many friends he has made through Rotary, the Plano and Allen Chambers of Commerce, Leadership Plano (class 24), Church, community involvement and neighborhood participation.
