He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stout and Minnie Stout; and his daughter Wendelyn Tilleman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Haberkamp; his children, Susan Wendelyn and Scott Bradford Stout (Susan Mathis); his granddaughter Adriana Emile Tilleman; his son-in-law Hank Tilleman; and his nieces and nephews, David, Tommy Irwin, Donna Gail Wilson and Christy Tucker.
