He is survived by: his parents, David Fields and Sylvia Fields of Plano; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Karen Fields of Plano; his sister Christie; his brother-in-law Reagan Dixon of Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Madison Wright (Jeff), Catherine Dixon, Caroline Dixon, Dawson Fields, Harrison Fields (Alexandria Ramsland), Luke Dixon of Nashville and Joshua Dixon.
