He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Scott, Louise Flood of Ahoskie, NC, Grover and Vertley of Portsmouth, VA; his parents, Allia Lee Watts and Doris Celestine of Portsmouth, VA; and his brothers, Michael Angelo Watts of Austin, TX, Don Diego Watts of Portsmouth, VA and Tony Allia Watts of Denver, CO..

He is survived by: his wife Maria Daniela; his daughter Gabriella Sophia Watts of Plano, TX; his brothers, Chico Romero of Vacaville, CA, Ricardo La'Lagro (Denyse) of Jeffersonton, VA and Calvin Fitzgerald (Laverne) of Shreveport, LA; his mother-in-law Antonia Perez Santos of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Andrew Santos (Veronica) of San Antonio, TX and Christine Marie Garza of Lakehills, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and Meherrin Indian relatives.
