He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey D. Letcher and Dee Louise Letcher (Holloman). He is survived by: his wife Shirley JoAn Letcher (Robinson); his children, Jill Moore (Doug) of Dallas and Harvey D. Letcher III (Lori) of Plano; his grandchildren, Benson Moore (Emily), Brooke Graham (Mason), Julia Letcher, Harvey D. Letcher, IV (Morgan) and Audrey Letcher; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Wesley Moore.
