She is survived by: her parents, Rev. Tom Henry and Icymae Betty Washington; her husband Gregory Dancy; her children, Morgan Dancy and Matthew Dancy (Jizyah Injil Dancy); her grandchildren, Kylon Dancy and Keegan Dancy; her siblings, Maurice Washington, Charlesetta Green (Vincent Green), Phyllis Lyons Washington (Eric Lyons), Henry Washington (Melany Greenwall) and Tom Washington (Erin Washington); her sister-in-law Ledette Dancy; her mother-in-law Leathia Ann Dancy; her nephews, Adam Gulley, Vincent Green II, Xavier Alvarado, Victor Green, Jayden Washington and Cade Washington; her niece Michelle Washington; her daughter-in-law Esha Taylor; her godchildren, Bretlin Robinson and Terrance Lucas; and her close friend Rosie James. She is also survived by other relatives, friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship (501 Accent Dr, Plano, TX 75075). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Restland Memorial Park (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
