He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marilyn Kludt; his brother Dave Neer (Jan); his children, Steve Neer (Veronica), Laura Minton and David Neer; his stepdaughter Lori Kludt; his grandchildren, Lacey Minton, Trever Neer, William Czeluscinski and T. J. Neer; his nieces, Shelly Neer (Broden) and Herrin (Jeff); his nephew Brent Neer (Cece); his parents, Anna Neer and Andrew Neer; his siblings, Herbert, Andrew, Richard, Robert, Gaylord, Roselle, Donna, Ruth and Christine; and his stepson Michael Kludt. He was also cherished by 10 nephews, 5 nieces.
