He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe H. Pineda and Pauline Munoz Pineda; his sister JoAnn Rodriguez; and his nephews, David Polanco III and Andrew Galvan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Sanchez (Adam) and April Rainwater (Travis); and his siblings, Yolanda Galvan, Juanita "Cookie" and Joe Pineda (Vera). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
