She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen L. Gallaher Sr. and Sylvia B. Gallaher Wims (Weldon Wims); her brother Owen Love Jr.; her nephews, John Owen and Darryl Gallaher; and her niece Cheryl Scovill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Kay Danner and Amy Rae Flinn (Danner); her grandchildren, Landon Flinn, Millie Danner-Homer and Jimmy Danner-Homer; her sister Kay (James Christopher); her niece Karen Caramela (Jon Phenicie); her great-niece Morgan Jenson; her sister-in-law Beatrice Gallaher; her nieces, Beth Ann Gallaher and Brenda (Dennis Hozak); her great-nephew Brandon Hozak; and her nephew Bryan Gallaher.
Memorials may be made in Joanie's memory to the Abilene Public Library in care of Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home, Abilene, KS.
