He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fitzgerald and Muriel Fitzgerald; and his brothers, Donald and Roderick Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Bachand Fitzgerald; his sons, Brendon Fitzgerald (Leslie) of Dallas, TX, Patrick Fitzgerald (Regan) of Plano, TX and Timothy of Richardson, TX; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Walker, Holt, Blythe, Sandler and Taryn Fitzgerald; his sister-in-law Beverly Fitzgerald; and his cousin Martena Shea of Southbridge, MA.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
John loved to play golf and was always ready to play in charity golf tournaments benefiting The Muscular Dystrophy Association, The Boys and Girls Club and more.
