It is with sadness that the passing of Judith Cathey Clapp (Plano, Texas) is shared. Judith, born on March 21, 1939, passed away on September 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Cathey and Christie Black Cathey; and her daughter Susan Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband Robert V. Clapp; her daughters, Debbie Confer (David) and Robin Muschalek (John); her son-in-law Drew Hamilton; her grandchildren, Robert (Jordan), Julie, Rachel Confer, Nicole Anderson (Austin), Abby, Blake Muschalek, Lucy, Jane and Warren Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Hallie and Lucy Confer.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Church (4550 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75024).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Union Gospel Mission Dallas, or Christ Church Plano.
