Kelly will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Moore and Wanda Lucas Moore; and his siblings, Mary Schenk and James "Jeff" Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Moore; his siblings, Cathy Hammond, John Wise (Kathy) and Donald Moore (Sarah); and his brother-in-law Michael Schenk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Licking County Players Theater or the Licking County Library, two places that reflect Kelly's love of storytelling, learning, creativity, and community.
