He is survived by: his mother Linda McClurkan; his wife Lisa Head; his daughter Stephanie Parker (Kyle); his siblings, Robert Head (Bernice) and Linda Gail Salazar; his granddaughters, Hannah, Haven and Hallie Parker; and his mother-in-law Darlene McEwin.
