He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Garcia and Angelina Rosas Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Garcia; his children, Christopher (Stephanie) of Dallas, Matthew (Jean) of Maryville and Megan Gagliardi (Leif) of White Plains; his sisters, Angelina Wittich and Gloria Pichler (Jim); and his granddaughter Mary Josephine Garcia.
