He is survived by: his father Clay Burkhart; his wife Carol Ann Burkhart of Plano, Texas; his son Jon Paul Burkhart of Sherman Oaks, California; his brother William "Bill" Clay Burkhart (Jan) of Edgewood, Texas; and his sister-in-law Jan Stovall (Leighland Shawn) of Haslett, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family members and friends.
