Paul Goebel (Jenni), Dr. Melanie Goebel (Fraser Pan), Dawn Goebel Graziano (Vince), Taylor Goebel (Alexandra), Andrew and Alex Halydier; his great grandchildren, Ann Elise, Margaret, Georgia Goebel, Nathan Pan, Jacob, Grace Graziano, Anastasia and Michael Goebel; and his sibling Excalibur.
In lieu of flowers, Richard's family requests that memorial donations be made to Christ Church Plano in his name.
