With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard William Pappas in Plano, Texas, born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pappas and Suzanne Pappas; his wife Kathryn Grubbs (Kay); his son Mark; and his siblings, Floyd, Cathy and Theresa.
He is survived by: his sister Rita Millsaps; and his children, Michael (Sandy), Judy (Steve), Stephen (Amber), Randall (Jennifer) and Jeffrey (Maribeth). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Monica Catholic Church (Dallas, TX) Building Maintenance Fund or to the charities of one's choice.
