He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Clancy and Meta Pauline Clancy (Klemz). He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Clancy of Plano, Texas; his children, Maureen Clancy Smith (Joe) and Robert Walton Clancy (Claudia); and his grandchildren, Shelby Smith Renshaw (Ross), Drew Neal Smith, Cristian Ignacio Clancy and Nicholas Robert Clancy. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel (2525 N Central Expy, Allen, TX 75013).
