He is survived by: his spouse Jody Malouf; and his children, Lisa Armao, Robert Malouf, Holly Achman, Heather Torres, Jeremy Malouf, Jenifer Brooks, Matthew Bailey, Mary Bailey, Jo Anna Bailey, Daniel Bailey, Ben Malouf, Jordan Malouf and Bethany Heldt. He is also survived by grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Missionary or Humanitarian Departments of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Or a donation can be made to the Dallas Chapter of the BYU Management Society Scholarship Fund in his name.
