She was predeceased by: her parents, Geddy A. Mathis and Bertha L. Mathis; her uncle Jimmy Burks; and her grandparents, James Burks, Goldie Burks, Geddy H Mathis and Opal Alexander.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Mathis of Springdale, AR, Matthew Haubner of Broken Bow, OK and Martin Haubner of Broken Bow, OK; her brothers, Geddy G., Kim Mathis of El Reno, OK, Alex (Marla Mathis) and Mark (Olga Mathis); her nieces and nephews, Kyle, Amber Mathis of Crowley, TX, James Mathis of Odessa Texas, Devon Mathis of Baltimore, MD, Garratt Mathis, Taylor Mathis, LT Sean Mathis and Andrew Mathis Sherwood; and her granddaughter Mazikeen Faye Mathis.
