He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Watts and Ollie Mae Watts; his grandparents, Vater B. Shack, Harbert Watts, Ada Walton Taylor and Teether Taylor; and his sister Sandra Watts.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Bowens of Dallas, TX, Shaunqualia Watts of Dallas, TX and Shakina Watts of Dallas, TX; his siblings, Elmer Ray Taylor, Dorothy Coleman, Tremelia Gail Shackelford, Robert Wayne Watts, Michael Watts and Reginald Watts (Simone); and his grandchildren, Lexxus Propes, Markeievius Bowens, Antonio Bowens, Riann Carter, D'Andre Peterson, Brennyn Bennett, Michah Bowens, Terrance Bennett Jr., Reagan Hewston, Jaxon Young and McKinley Rose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & Friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Steven G. Hill's House of Funerals (1316 14th St, Plano, TX 75074). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Perpetual Praise Community Church (2636 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75220).
