We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2024, at the age of 72, Ulysess Allen of Plano, Texas, born in Henderson, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lovie Witt and Ulysess Allen Sr.; and his sister Vicki Miller. He is survived by : his son Cedric Lamont Allen; his wife Celes Oppedahl; his grandchildren, Chastoni Cathcart (Daniel), Courtoni Allen, Hailey Allen, Caleb Allen and Cedric Allen Jr.; his great grandchildren, Qualan Hall, Haven Hall, Empress Cathcart, Carly Allen, Ryliey Allen and R. Miley Allen; and his siblings, Carole Hickman, Don Allen, Kay Miller, Debbie Allen Danita Ector and Darwin Allen. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
