He is survived by: his daughters, Jana Hurst Cox (Gary) of Dallas, TX and Julie Hurst Malcolm (Steve) of Santa Fe, NM; his grandchildren, Ian Lash, Joshua Clapp, Ryan Cox and Julian Bailey Hurst; his stepchildren, Mark McKeehan (Heather) of Flower Mound, TX and Robin McKeehan Mullenix (Tommy) of Flower Mound, TX; and his grandchildren, Corey McKeehan, Christopher McKeehan, Dylan Mullenix and Dayani Mullenix. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
