It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne Earl Stobbs of Pleasanton, Texas, who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Delward Edward; his great-grandparent Alma Mauphin Murphy; his grandparents, Edward, Ruby Stobbs and Roy T. Lynn; his uncle Billy Lynn; and his aunt Judy Lynn Tausch.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Stobbs (Lynn); his grandparents, Joy Hill, Jack and Janette Harrison; his wife Maggie Stobbs; his brothers, Brian Stobbs (April) and Kevin Stobbs (Niki); and his children, Colton Manela (Tyra), Mikayla Vidal (Ruben) and Dillon Stobbs (Kara). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
