Blackwell; his sister Brenda Pipes; and his nieces and nephews, Justin McCord (Marla), Candice Jemenez (Martin), Matthew Prince (Jamie), Joshua Evans (Jordan), Jessica Evans, Russell Pipes (Erin), Amy Cornish and Emily Newsome (Chris).
