We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2025, Lowell T. L. Proctor of Point, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lowell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lowell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Andrea Mary Mumme; his wife Charlotte Adams of Quihi; his parents, Bertha Proctor and Willie Proctor; his brother Lavern; and his stepson Randy Wayne Adams.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan (Sabine), Keith (Sherree) and David (Melissa); his stepson Daryl Adams (Michelle); his stepdaughter-in-law Arletha Adams; and his brother Lamance Proctor. He is also survived by numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces and nephews.
