The family announces the passing of Ursula M. Listi of Point, Texas on September 27, 2026. Ursula, born on March 24, 1940, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her husband Sam; her parents, Konrad Leister and Anna Margarete Leister; and her sisters, Christina, Elfreda and Sophie.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy, John and Robert; her daughters-in-law, Karen and Laurie; her grandchildren, Wayne (Bobbi), Michael (Megan), Austin (Krystal), Jordan (Taylor), Joshua (Kylie), Rebekah and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Jake, Sean, Joey, Alli, Tristen, Hunter, Peyton, Weston, Lincoln, Stella, Charlie, Mila and Sawyer; her sister Hilde Wichers; her brother-in-law Norbert Wichers; her caregivers, Chelsea, Callie, Angie of Elara Caring Hospice and Jaqueline Hobbs of Cornerstone Caregiving; Dee Ross and Patsy Dornak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
