She was predeceased by : her father Frank Dees; her husband Jim Bob Thompson; her children, Scooter Richard and Frankie Thompson; her grandchildren, Bobby Thompson Jr., Casey Thompson, John Thompson Jr. and Becky Cooper; her sister Jean; her brother-in-law Bruce Modisette; her brother Riley; and her sister-in-law Etta Dees.

She is survived by : her son Bobby; her daughter-in-law Jana Thompson of Pollok; her nephews, Dwayne Modisette, Timothy Dees, Wayne Dees and Mike Turner; and her niece Linda Turner.
