She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruby Mae (Hope) and M. "Buster" Fenley. She is survived by : her daughter Kimberly; her son-in-law Neil Keller; her son Kevin Phillips; her grandchildren, Kaden Keller, Kyndal Keller and Kinedy Phillips; her sister Laura Idell Fenley Flanagan; her nieces and nephews, Brandy Dunn, Timber Lindsey and Roberta Hancock; and her cousin Carolyn Blackburn. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
