She was predeceased by: her parents, Eulie Truman Dickerson and Leona Euvalda Askew Dickerson; her brothers, Glynn Wilburn Dickerson, Travis Edward Dickerson, James Silas Dickerson and Thomas Wayne Dickerson; her granddaughter Kristen Michelle Cox; and her grandparents, Silas Dickerson, Frances Elizabeth Kirkpatrick Dickerson, James Daniel Askew and Bertha Ruth Vandivere Askew.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Cox Seery of Gilmer, Kelly Fry Harr of Sherman, Michael Cox (Tammy) of Sanger, Gerald Cox (Kathy) of Manito and Billy Cox (Britt) of Arlington, Texas.; her siblings, Imogene Kirkpatrick of Mineola, Martha Skinner (John) of Fairview, Texas and Charles Lee Dickerson (Ann) of Emory, Texas; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Dickerson and Frances Dickerson. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, one step-great-grandchild, one great-great-grandson and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (708 S 5th St, Sanger, TX 76266). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
