She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Jolivette and Regina Jolivette; her husband Herman Columbus, Sr.; her siblings, Robert Jolivette, Wilfred Jolivette, Herbert Jolivette and Delores Richard; and her grandson Erich Columbus.
She is survived by: her children, Herman Columbus, Jr., Carol Green (Richard) and Marilyn Gaspard (Garland); and her grandchildren, Julie Seidel, Kim Henry, Lauren Green, Christian Green, Faren Hill, LeSherika Vallee, Morgan Fernandez, Rachel Dakar, Richy Grey, Maahra Hill, Joshua Gaspard and Candace Hall. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; seven nieces, four nephews; and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel (3800 Memorial Blvd, Port Arthur, TX 77642). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (4100 Lincoln Ave, Groves, TX 77619).
